PLEASE look into Mohave County codes, zoning & ordinances. You can’t do anything you want with your land here. There is a limit on how long you can live in an RV which is different if it’s hooked to septic. There is a limit to how many fixtures can be hooked up to your septic. You just cannot put up Air BnB’s or a tiny home village because you feel like it. Codes also apply to your bar do. The bedroom framing MUST be engineered and plans drawn. Your insulation will not meet local codes. PLEASE look into these matters before you go down a hole you cannot dog yourself out of

They can also tell you the land easements, if it’s land locked , in a flood zone etc.

I love it because it stays booked 97% of the time. The people are interesting. The income is continuous. I always did the cleaning my self. I still do with the one on my current property but the one at my rental house property is maintained my me tenant. It brings her extra income so it is a win win.
