Such beautiful architecture! There is such an "Olde World" historical aire to the scenery I have watched you walk through. Makes me want to be right there experiencing all of it! Thank you for bringing these sights to us! Including your signature "shadow wave" in your video makes me want to wave back at you. LOL!!
Thanks for the video. You were unlucky with the Star Wars thing. That's not an annual event but because it costs so much to keep the Cathedral going and it's free to enter, unlike many Cathedrals, they run exhibitions and events which are ticketed and cost money to enter, so access to parts of the Cathedral is limited when events are running. Pity you didn't go into St John's, it's a lovely little church and those figures you see on the rooftops in Cathedral Square are an early Anthony Gormley work from 1985 called Places to Be. :)
The walks through the parks and along the river are so relaxing. And the Cathedral is just as stunning seeing it today as the first time. Thank you Dave
