I think Inkling neutral B is the only move that's super effective against all types.
I could be wrong since I'm always doubtful of my memory but Inkling's Neutral B isn't good against range attacks.
Maybe I'm wrong so don't take my word. But I feel like I'm right. I feel pretty sure I got hit by an opponents range attack even though they were getting hit by my splat gun.

Inkling's back air strings are devastating, their fast air speed makes it worse for the opponent, the worse the recovery of the person you are fighting, the easier to kill. If you miss one off stage you might get spiked so be wary
