Most assets to enhance one's self have a price tag, finances are needed to better one's skill set. What do I do if my husband will not assist me financially to upgrade myself? He insinuates that I should better my abilities but has never given me personal critique with clarity. Pray for me that God will touch his heart to deal with me after knowledge.
