YES, this is exactly what I have found out works and I’ve lost almost a hundred myself!! Small plate tricks your mind, cut stuff up in smaller peices, chew the food a few more chews. 🤘
I agree - If you are eating a ton of raw fruits and veggies in their natural state and you dont add the excess salts oils and fats - you can eat as much as you want. Its the cooking that decreases the water content and the taste so you have to add more spices to get the flavor. but you DO need the calories from these natural foods to function properly. its the unnatural processed foods that are unhealthy.
I've been implementing the naturally thin rules and the biggest eye opening rule is "Downsize now." This is my main rule in conjunction with many of the other rules, but you soon realize we overeat A LOT and portion control is such a simple thing to do, but we just neglect to do it nowadays. Once I downsized, I lost 14 LBS in the first three weeks and only worked out 4 days a week. It really didn't even feel like I had to try hard to achieve that weight loss.

can you give examples of meals that are high volume & healthy? cus i can think of snacks, like eating a bunch of carrots with hummus or any vegetables with hummus really. but aside from that idk.
