I love watching the stretching techniques from all the top fighters, I always learn something new in what actually works effectively and most useful . They only choose their top stretches for the open work outs I notice

This is the best open workout ever. Both are real humans, they can make fun of himself. Pat and Rose are trully inspiring because they are humans, with the good things and the bad, they cry and they enjoy the life. I love to see them together having fun. Both looks focus in what trully means in life, Pat can make fun of himself and thats very important for enjoy this journey.

This was when JJ first started to get upset. She was about to fight Jessica Andrade and her biggest nightmare is training there too when she doesn't even have a fight. Rose wanted to warn JJ right then and there what was coming and JJ didn't like it.
Im a jaded ornery middle-aged man and even I can see how happy these 2 are. Real love is a beautiful thing. 15 years ago I thought women in MMA was silly. Now, Rose is one of my favorite fighters in the UFC. I always liked Pat. Even though he was undersized for heavyweight his matches were always exciting to watch. GG guys keep up the great work!!!
She is there to possibly step in if somebody can't fight in the co-main event and you know the UFC always has the next challenger on the front row watching. They need to have fighters ready to step in on all cards when it comes to the big fights!!
ThrillWILL85 She only cuts 5-15lbs depending on which fight were talking about. Last fight she came in fight week at 130 and made the cut very easily. I suspect she is around 130 now and not cutting weight. But she can get to 115 in a day or two if something happens and she gets the nod. She want be cutting weight though unless something crazy came up!
I think training and MMA was always fun for Rose, a lot of that is credit to Pat. I think winning the belt changed that, it put pressure on her for the first time and she didnt respond to it well. I think she will get that belt back again because she is by far the best striker not only in her division but in womens MMA. She will struggle with some of the power of other girls but her movement, technique and overall striking is just better than anyones. The way she flows and moves, its a lot of fun watching her not only fight but train as well.
