I just purchased the Cario Cargo pants in royal blue. I’m 6 ft 190 lbs and my thighs are bigger than my legs. Medium is to tight around my thighs and butt while large fits a little to loose for my liking and is to long but I settled for large because medium is just way to tight. I felt like I could rip the pants if I spread my legs too wide

It depends on what style youre going to get. I advise that you read the reviews on their website/watch youtube video reviews of the specific style that you want to buy. In this video, my bf who is 5’9 got medium sizes in the style Leon top and cairo pants and theyre too tight but he got a medium size matching set before too but in a different style and it was just the perfect size for him.
