If you are not knowing much about english but u have to prepare your self in such a way that you can give proper response to interviewer in English. Otherwise not a full fledged fluency is needed. But proper understanding is required. Get yourself prepare with basic question, which normally can be asked. My these mock interview will help you to prepare well.

I'm not agree if interview go long then selection probability will high. Because i gave interview they took 1 hrs 10 min but after that they rejected me. And my batchmates clear interview just giving 30-40 minutes.
U r correct, long interview does not guarantee selection. But if interview is going long more then normal time, it means interviewer is taking more interest on candidate. So the probability definetly increases. But after giving some more chances they still find the candidates not suitable then reject. So going long interview many time is a good sign but not guarantee of selection. It all depends on the individual performance. So many time less time also give many selection.

If u keen to take HR, u may go for it and u can take the combination of HR/ Marketing. If u have two specialization. Finance core opportunity is not very high because in competition of MBA, there will be always CA/CS/M.Com. So Hr has a great scope only u need to develop your communication as well as presentation skills. U will easily make it.
In campus interview students get 2 offer one is good job and others are better than good. So in that form she has got offer from HSBC as a second option.

Hello sir .Sir I'm pursing my btech in Electrical branch. So , sir what should I prepare for placement in reputed company.and like computer engg do coding but for electrical engineering wht should we do .plz suggest me sir.
Develop your skills in electrical first then develop coding skills. Many electrical and mechanical students are getting programming job better than CSE. So easily cam be developed but it will require more practice and efforts.

Degree is essential or knowledge to apply for software developer jobs. Cause I hold knowledge not degree , due to many circumstances , I didn't got to pursue my engineering . All I've is knowledge gathered through internet.
If any job profile give preference to knowledge rather than a degree .
