Is 75 the temperature at which dishes need to be sanitized, or is this just the temperature at which the sanitizer needs to be tested? I thought QACs could withstand more heat than that?

What chemical are you testing here - ammonia?
Will Hydrion (QT-10)Quat Test Paper 0-400 PPM work for this too?

if there is no detergent in the santizer why is it all foamy? it must have detergent or surfactants in it?

Obviously you didn’t pay any kind of attention to the video. If you did you would know that it’s due to the air gap system in the sink rite. Dummy

There is no detergent in the santizer it is used after the detergent and rinse in a 3 compartment sink
