Such a cute card. Easy to follow installation for the light mechanism. So appreciated. I've been wanting to make a light up card to co-workers, especially when working for an electric utility company. That would be so much fun.
So so cool Amy, I must must get to try Chibitronics soon. I have seen Lesley Oman use them a lot and they do look so cool on cards. Love you little light bulb card too. :O)
Love love love, so freakin cute. I've been contemplating the chibi lights and just figure yeahhhh I'll never get that right. You give me hope woman! And grand (expensive) ideas! Thank you as always for being so creative and fun, and sharing with us.
Thank u so much for this video! I've seen so many light up cards but they always make it so hard to understand, you make it so easy! I finally get how to do this! Now I need the chibitronics 😍 Love this card.
h,i usually don't comment just thumbs up but the card is so cute and I have one of those put string light in my heater closet and I also learn to color on the back side of the vellum for Heartfelt creations good job keep on doing what you are doing it great Vicky :))) Texas
Why is it that none of the light bulbs of any kind ever have a regular socket piece for them? In the grand scheme of things, it really doesn't matter, but I have wondered about it. :D This is a really cute card and it lights up so well.
Fun card. I haven't been brave enough to try a light up card. Do you have to put the copper tape on in an L shape? If you could have gone from the light bulb to the battery at an angle, you wouldn't have to fold the copper tape over itself. I hope that makes sense.
Ink Slinger hello! For circuits all you need is to make sure the negative portion of the circuit (the tape that touches the negative side of the battery) and the positive portion (touches positive side of battery) are touching their respective sides of the LED light. She did the corners to make the switch easier. You can definitely finagle the tape so it’s not in corners but the battery switch made it easier to do if they were in angles
So gosh darn cute!!! ❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹❤️❤️❤️. Happy Valentines Day!!!
