they should just put old event weapons+dupes into the coop shop its not like anyone really does coop outside first clears, or farming a specific boss. at least then the currency would be used and then new players dont have to deal with more garbage gacha in this game cause the rates are tanked through and through. cant even get a 5* with these event tickets it feels... just collecting blueberries
Basically the non plus adds points to buff/debuff extension ability which caps at level 7. The + version is a separate R ability so technically you could still hit +7 for max potential but then still have the extra R Ability on top of it.
I have Glen's LB weapon OB5 and outfit but bc I didn't pull for water Tifa costume .So ph water support/dmg Seph is kinda tempting.. gonna wait and see
Unfortunately I skipped tifas water arcanum costume. Looks like I have no choice but to pull for the costume as I have no water arcanum costume :(( welp
Hey well if you don’t have one then honestly this is better than Tifa’s IMHO. So yeah you should pull but at the least it’s really really good and looks awesome!
I would agree about Matt with the weapon parts, but Glenn's limited weapon definitely puts him on par with Cloud, Seph and Zack and above Aerith and Tifa. Why? Unless you are specifically building a limited weapon for one of the girls, the team buff weapons ALMOST ALWAYS get played (on your healer/buffer). When was the last time you used amarant's claws or zidane's sword (unless you built it fully). But team DPS buffs are worth it at base level and every additional OB with a Attack ALL is a massive stat bonus.
True true. But since the LB Draw weapons are apparently wishlistable on other LB draws I’ve been just been hoarding Glenn shards. And still tho, I wasn’t saying Glenn doesn’t hold up, I’m just saying they don’t get as many Limited banners so their parts we can be more lenient with. Like Glenn has had 1. But Tifa for example has had 3. Seph 2. Cloud 2. Etc
I'm skipping this banner cause I don't need water Seph, I got a lot of options for water. BUT I will be putting Glenns weapon on my WL until it hits OB10 because that thing is AMAZING!
Once again SE and Applibot F'd up with those past event draw tickets. Why the hell would they gate them behind the Mantles that rarely drop?? They seriously think people are going to want to spend 100 rare items to get 500 tickets? It wouldn't even be worth it to spend like 20 of those Mantles especially with the Prize Boxes having some really good items in them.
Very tempting banner but I will skip. I really like the look on this sephiroth, and finally arcanum other than his first ice one. The weapon is very good, only 50% less than murasame at ob10 but water imperil at high, makes black whiskers outdated. But the main weapon I want is glen because my water axe is ob7, my only limited weapon above ob6 lol. Currently a beast at 180k power with level 9 leviathan. Much easier to build him with weapon parts than the main characters because he doesn’t have as many limited and good weapons.
Yeah, it is a very good weapon but also for me it is a guaranteed skip. It's the first of many, many bait banners that we will be traversing on the way to the 1 year anniversary. Grats on Glenn!
I think if you’re someone who is newer, doesn’t have a strong water setup, or plans to pull for Vincent/ the upcoming summer banners then pulling for seph might be a good move. In the first two cases, it’s a great debuff weapon that will help with some ramuh and water weak stages. In the third case, even if you don’t have much luck pulling dupes on the initial banner, you’ll have a chance to wishlist it sooner and get it to a higher more useful OB. If however you’re in neither of those cases and especially if you are someone who wants to save until anniversary, you’ll end up with an ob 0-1 weapon for 3-4 months unless you’re someone who can weapon select ticket it up next month when it gets added to the pool. At that low of an ob he won’t be contributing much on the damage front, so does it make more sense to just use black whiskers or silver collar? I know even if I pull this weapon now it’s not going to end up being more helpful to clear ex2 ramuh compared to everything else I have already. Given a lot of people are hoping to wishlist old limit break weapons at anniversary, you potentially won’t even have WL space to wishlist this weapon the next time you are planning to pull. That could mean you’re not wish-listing and building it for another 4-6+ months from now. Sure it could still be useful that far out, but if you’re someone who’s already pulled silver collar/ have a high ob black whisker you really have to ask yourself how much use will you get out of the weapon/ outfit.
If it’s not free fire weapons, it’s free water weapons, lol. Least I can possibly stack these r abilities in my magic built tifa, so it’s not too bad, lol
I see that they want Glenn, Sephiroth & Aerith for the Ramuh fight….if not Tifa. I love the jacket only. If it was a body suit, it would remind me of mgs Snake. I love the image/look of the weapon. Then you have the next event next month plus summer event plus Vincent plus guilds plus Ramuh plus 1 year. I’m skipping most or lit pulling.
I wonder if Vincent will be a big bad that he will get a vip as far as banners go.you know, more then 1 in a 2 month spam. I hope he gets one on the 1 year.
I am sorry of in the same boat regarding Zidane Sword. It is currently at OB3. I can OB4 it now and still have 50 parts remaining, but I am holding off. If there are no other weapons that can use those weapon parts, then I'll probably commit to OB6 it. I would imagine it would still be good for non-elemental damage.
thing is that elemental build surpasses non-elemental builds somehow as long as enemy doesn't have resist to that element. I thought that if enemy has no weakness to certain element so element doesn't add to dmg but it does, you just can't make enemy weaker to that element. Cloud's LB sword does more ice dmg to Bahamut than if I use him FF9 outfit and sword.
@grimmreaper9402 I agree with you but I think you misinterpreted my point. That being is that it’s better to wait to have ALL the parts you need and then decide to level it up because a new limited weapon may drop in the future you would rather put parts into, and you don’t wanna drop 400 just to abandon the sword for something else. Wasnt saying don’t do it, just wait to have everything you need and then decide
Love the videos. I learn a lot from watching them. I like the Seph/Glenn packs. I pulled on both their half anniversary banners. I got Glenn's up to OB6. I used 6000 of the red crystals to pick up the two Seph packs. Now sitting 17 seph parts away from OB10. Im on the fence about the Glenn packs. Im not sure it's worth it to take his weapon to OB10. I think I'd rather save my crystals and wait for the 2000 crystal 10x pull tickets than 2 packs of Glenn.
The LB draw weapons should be wishlistable on the anni so I would save the parts and finish them then! And yeah I think good call waiting the 2K 10 pulls tbh
Farming the gold tickets doesn't yield a lot of silver and bronze. I still think you need to put some stamina into the early levels, at least up till level 5 for those 2 tickets. Then when gold releases next week, it should be enough to clear till level 7
Did anyone else experience the low chance to level up bronze? Like I am getting 1k tickets and barely getting the level up items again similar to last event

Not sure it all depends on the boss mechanics but it is likely I won’t have the DPS for this crash

Straight up. It needs a revamp, this method is garbage and is not worth the stamina whatsoever.
