hector pina you twisted the handle. Dewalt makes one call mudshot and that one works by pressing the head in where you’re working I think it might be better.
Hi Castelan - we're sorry to hear this! There are a number of issues that might have happened: 1. The joint compound might have been too thick and needs to be thinned with water. 2. The filler nozzle on the MudRunner may have dry joint compound obstructing the filler tube. 3. The filler valve is not securely connected to the loading pump. 4. The piston U-cup wiper is dry. If you'd like to give it another try and still encounter issues, please contact us at answers@amestools.com with your contact information and we'll connect you to our Director of Education, Mark Wilson, to help troubleshoot.
Hi Nesim, we only operate our AMES stores in the USA. There are a few AMES rental franchises in Canada, however if you're looking to buy the MudRunner, you can shop online with our sister company All-Wall and they ship worldwide, www.all-wall.com/TapeTech-MudRunner?quantity=1
Flo Garbi di Bigard oh yes I know the 1st coat after you install the tape, that's very cool you know your stuff. Do you live in Italy? I didn't know that they used much drywall in Italy
The mud runners better in every way to an angle box use the same heads the angle box you have to push and it holds way less mud there's no comparison except for price.
How do you get the mud to come out when you run it? Do you push the handle or it does it automatically ?
