These dice are gorgeous! My favorite color is teal and I would always use it with purple - it was great to see an alternative to spice things up, so to speak! I can't wait to get all the stuff that I've ordered to start making dice!
Awesome but one tiny mistake (cus us dice beginners need to share things) don't use the torch on your molds.. it will cause issues eventually. Use the lighter.. it's only hot enough to make a flame but doesn't get any hotter unlike the torch. The dice are beautiful good job!!
Thanks! We haven't found any problems so far with the torch (we use it in a low setting) but we'll definitely make a note of this and try switching to a lighter instead :)
We have a set of small samples of different coloured mylar flakes, which is ideal for dice making, but the samples came unlabelled, so we can't give you specifics. In this set we used mylar that has bluish-purple tones, which nicely ties in with the color scheme of the set :)
