    I'll take the T3 for less damage. Great video

    I know it’s incredibly pricey, but have you thought about trying out the Dyson Airwrap? I would love to know your opinion on it!

    Comparisons of Sally’s gvp knock off hair products vs the real product would be interesting to watch.

    I don't like my T3 at all, it causes so much frizz. I've been using the revlon for years, I have fine hair so I use it on low and haven't had any damage

    For volume there is a volume booster button which turns off the ions. And this hot brush is much quieter.

    Is the revlon one really bad for your hair even if you put it on a lower setting maybe?? And use heat protectant? I asked for one for Christmas but I don’t want to ruin my hair 😭

    • @camilamoreira2675
      @camilamoreira2675 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I use it on my thin hair, and it's good and healthy but I put a loooot of heat protector

    • @kathleen5800
      @kathleen5800 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      it'll be fine if you use enough heat protectant, also try using the revlon like once a week and not everyday!

    • @katejames5061
      @katejames5061 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      The Revlon never damaged my hair, but I used heat protectant, only used the low setting, and not more than once a week. I think it would have been way too much for my hair (colored, not thick) on the hot setting.

    I have the Hot Tools version of this, super similar to the Revlon and I unfortunately think it truly damages my hair. I love the way it makes my hair look but I noticed soooo much damage and breakage. Would love a version that works well but doesn't basically burn my dang hair off

    • @okteri
      @okteri 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I had heard the Hot Tools was less damaging because of the surface and less heat 🤨

    • @jennifert9402
      @jennifert9402 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@okteri I don't know but mine gets really hot and I've definitely noticed I've had more breakage and my hair looks noticeably shorter even though it's been a few months since my last cut. But also something to know it's been acting up and making horrible sounds like it's about to break and it's only been like 6 months that I've owned it. 🤷‍♀️ Probably not worth it to price up from the revlon unless you jump to the extra pricey ones

      @lindahoffman2692 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@jennifert9402 Jennifer, I know it’s been 8 mos so hopefully by now you’ve already STOPPED using a dryer, regardless of price, that’s apparently breaking your hair OFF if it’s looking shorter and you can see the damage you said! It’s SO worth it to invest the money in a dryer like the T3, the Shark IR one by Tymo that’s a LOT cheaper but works really well! HELPFUL HACK: Find a You Tuber with a big enough following that those companies give them DISCOUNT Codes for their followers for the dryers - sometimes up to 30-40% Off! Your hair will thank you for a quality hair dryer!

      @amc1456 ปีที่แล้ว

      💯 agree. I had the hot tools, it damaged my hair and it felt soooo dry. I’m assuming the revlon would do the same. That’s why I’m debating if the T3 is worth it. 😩

      I liked mine but it's difficult to clean since I loose a lot of hair due to stress. Mine has been used for years, but I'm in the market for a new one.

    Oof these type of devices ruined my hair so I most definitely will not use them. It’s sad because my hair looked good the first few times before it was fried

    The other button is to turn off the ionizer, which can add more volume and less smoothing!

      Which button is that? I will receive it this week. But i dont like ion all the time because i like more volume

    I bought the T3 yesterday. Got caught in my hair. A terrible tangle and very difficult to remove. Will be returning this week. Will stick with my Hot Tools

    • @lindahoffman2692
      @lindahoffman2692 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      My suggestion is that because the T3 brush surface is smaller than Revlon you probably used too large a section for the T3. I have fine, easily tangled hair and I’ve never gotten it caught or tangled in my T3 and it’s SO much less damaging than Revlon which can burn the ears off your head!!

    Just picked up the t3 lucea 1 inch straightener/styler and the airbrush duo for 25% off at BBB!!! Can't wait to try them!! I have been using t3 hair dryer for over a decade and love it!!
    I have thick coarse hair and finding the t3 dryer was life changing. So I'm hoping I'll love the lucea and the airbrush duo just as much! 🤞🏻
    Oh and I like the t3 side better. It looks more polished and I can differentiate the layers more on the t3 side.. in my opinion anyway 🤷🏻‍♀️

      The T3 is about $169 and you can OFTEN find discount codes on You Tube offering Codes or on T3 site itself - I love mine! I spend a lot of money having my hair highlighted and trimmed frequently to avoid split ends so I’m not about to damage it with a hair dryer that gets so HOT it burns your ears off (read Revlon reviews AFTER users have used it over time)
