@ghostface3652 - You don't know what you're talking about. If you did, you'd know that what i said is true. Teams with mobile QBs have routinely made Micah look silly on zone read plays. He would never attack the QB and force the handoff. Instead, he would stand at the LOS and wait for the QB to make a decision, giving the opposing QB the space and time to do whatever he wanted. Micah has never played the zone read like Chauncey played it on that play.

Our run defense with Micah and D law was just as solid against the giants. But I agree with the D law thing. He's still very good but these young boys are hungry.

That speaks volumes for Zim! I've always like CG but never seemed to get his chance. I was excited when he came into camp last year all beefed up, but then sat under Q. Excited too about Wheat, yet another UDFA that's showing a lot of talent! One thing I have to give the Cowboys...They know how to bring in that UDFA talent!🤞Against the Lions! When I first saw the schedule I thought that if the boys could make it to the bye at 3-3 and to ten games at 5-5 it was going to be a very good season cuz the last seven games are all winnable! It’s how you finish NOT how you start!
I'm not surprised Chauncey been good at stopping the run at defensive end hes big and long he uses his hands well smart player . Now ty wheat surprised me but thats zimm having the younger players prepared i believe wheat and Gholston both are 6'4 and 6'6 275 both have the power to set the edge

the main difference that zimmer FINALLY did was have 5 and 6 man pressures on run downs. he stole a page from fangio vs the saints and used backers to show more penny fronts. why in the world he didnt do this vs the ravens is beyond me, maybe because he knew fields could not beat him with his arm. blanketed pickens? he was jogging on a lot of his routes lol and got benched lol

Yo I’ve been saying for a while Micah parsons is a liability in the run game. He can’t set the edge, and he plays hero ball. Which he’s a good run and chase ball guy, but he has no discipline in the run game.
