2:45 Reverse timing It is one of the methods that I used last semester and actually it is very helpful and effective. Every day I always tried to finish my work before 9pm Because after that time I usually rest and do play games with friends. That routine helped me a lot to have a productive way of studying that made me sure to finish everything before that time. I can guarantee that this method is really working, especially if you are planning to study in a daily basis. Studying or finishing your work at least 1-2 hours a day will help you to be very productive. Specially, after the classes. Highly recommend And thanks for making me realize that I actually use this method 😆 And, going to use it again Good luck yall remember to believe your self and to keep it up 😆💓

will this work as well for coming home after work after a 12 hours shift of hard physical labor and knowing I still got to study for school but I'm constantly yawning and tired.
I'm sorry to ask that but I don't really understand the reverse timing technique. When do I start studing if I don't set up an hour ? (sorry for the errors I'm french)

Every time I try to take a 30-minute nap, I end up waking up late the next day,😹 what should i do?!
Don’t take a nap in your bed, leave the lights on, set an alarm 😂

If you are really tired like that, these techniques will have a minimal impact, I would opt for a power nap and then coffee right after.
