Hi Aspen! I’m a behavioral therapist and I would love to give some tips on how you can help Cove at night! You can reinforce the nights where she DOES go to bed independently and stays in bed for the night by implementing a token board/star reward system! Explain to her what the expectations are (in a very simple way) and make a visual chart for her to easily see what’s expected. If she’s able to meet the goal of staying in her own bed for one night she can earn a star! Make it super fun and exciting and like it’s the coolest thing ever and so will she haha. Lastly just set up a contingency so maybe something like 5 stars and she gets a new paw patrol outfit 😊 give it a try and hope it works for you!
hey aspyn, i am the product of bad sleeping habits formed since I was a baby. My parents let me sleep in their room until the 4th grade. I was terrified to sleep by myself. So breaking the habit early might be sad but it will only benefit her because I love cove and would not want her to be so scared when she gets older!! Love you guys ❤❤
When my toddler assumed we had to lay with him for bedtime and he would come out his room we just kept taking him back to his bed and reassure him we loved him and we will see him when the sun comes up and keep doing it until he falls asleep . It took like 2-3 days for him to get used to his routine .
I was gonna say this! She wont be traumatized especially bc its done with love and youre simply implementing boundaries. Its just gonna mean really tired mom and dad for a few days

As far as Coco not sleeping in her room, I saw a tiktok of a mom that started a sleeping bin, so like for 20 days straight if she sleeps in her bed, the next morning she gets a prize. Once the box is empty, she gets to pick out her bedsheets and new pajamas and graduates to not sleeping with mom and dad anymore. Maybe that would work? I don’t know.

Definitely stop the habit before it’s too late lol. My mom used to snuggle me before bed & when I was away from her I would sit and cry because I missed her, she ended up snuggling with me every night before I went to bed until I was like 6😬
If you need a present idea, you could get a museum or zoo membership for the family. My mom used to do that for us for a different place every year. Also, Are you planning to sell your house or keep it for a while?

Ask Keren what she does for the issue with Cove leaving her room early! She has a special timed light in their rooms that is red during certain hours and when it turns green it means the kids can leave their rooms to wake up Keren and Khoa or go play with toys in the morning

I think when they have certain sponsors they can't have certain brands. I think they have to get them approved and the sponsor can pick what they don't want in.

My toddler does this. What we do works but it’s not a permanent solution obviously because toddlers are toddlers but it works getting her too bed without us.

U should try the brown eggs over white and make sure they say Pasture raised eggs so u know the chickens rnt getting any steroids or antibiotics etc.
The color of egg shell has nothing to do with the quality.. You can get a variety of colors including white, dark brown, light brown, blue, green ect. Best standard is organic pasture raised.
