Like the presentation, information and variation of projects. U may attach some apartment because some people really thinks maintaining villa is much tuffer than apartment.
U covered nearby Lisbon, porto area, that's good idea.

Thanks Ivana we are eagerly waiting , hopefully ready properties with a title deed. Its just a more secure investment , unlike shares in a hotel thats yet to be constructed.

Hello☺️ In case of investing in an already built property, the price of it will be much higher. We have 2 facilities that have already been built, and it’s already possible to get direct ownership there. There's also a project - villas, they are not completed yet, but they are being built very quickly. The big advantage is that they are located in the suburbs of Lisbon.
There may also be shares in commercial real estate, such as offices on the main street of Lisbon, which are quite profitable.

Ilana, you do such a terrific job of interviewing these property owner’s and builders. Some of these places are quite spectacular… personally though, I’m not looking for dark, boxy, concrete houses. I prefer the more traditional ‘looking’ homes and not for something I can buy here in Canada or North America, in general. I’m more drawn to the luxury market on the Silver Coast.
    Obrigada 🙏🏻

The Silver Coast is a truly fantastic region with beautiful scenery and plenty of luxury real estate. However this area isn't a low-density one, which means you cannot invest in private property on this territory according to the Golden Visa program. But here’s the cheapest alternative route: to make investment in funds instead. It gives you a residence permit on the basis of which you can freely acquire a private mansion on this beautiful coast.

Pedro Guimarães is the artist who made all the pieces we have seen in the first residence.

I was recently told by a reputable source that the Portugal Golden Visa program is coming to an end starting in March of this year 2023. Is this true? If so, what do you recommend next for obtaining residency and eventual citizenship in Portugal?

Good afternoon! Thank you for your question, we are working with low density area properties and programs with investment threshold you mentioned. But it should be pointed out that it’s predominantly a fractional ownership principle. Thank you!

Well this all is overpriced even Portugal has recession and will not wise to pay when prices are high. Build this by myself as an architect will safe 50% of cost

After recession the real estate market stabilized in 2021. And now, in 2022, the numbers are growing steadily as the cost on real estate is increasing, as well as the cost of renting across the country. The number of foreigners who buy property or rent is also growing, so there definitely will be demand. We suggest to keep investing now in this case while prices are not really high yet.
