    1) Are you cooking using charcoal for fuel?
    2) The first dish I see was a soup made with pig fat, garlic ginger salt papper, sugar and Bichen (flavor enhancer), is that correct?
    3) At 11:04 you added mushrooms (and pork pieces, maybe) ?
    4) At the end you bought black rice (cooked in coconut milk and sugar?) then added shredded coconut?
