- Hydra, a beautiful island just 1.5 hours south of Athens by ferry.
Perfect for relaxation....no cars, only donkeys for transport. (and lots of cats too!)
Has it all..and weather was great in june for a swim in the blue..blue...blue mediteranean sea. thavmasia!
