Phillip has to be the nicest guy in the industry. The comp is awesome and the customer service is even better. Thanks again for taking care of my issue and going above and beyond to help me out. The holster will come in handy at the match this weekend.
The light helps with muzzle flip, the tan one weights about the same because of the metal grip but the weight out by the muzzle on the black gun does more to fight flip.
Some customers are reporting it runing fine with the stock 12lbs spring, but I lowered it to 9lbs on both of my builds, I think 9-10 is the sweet spot.
Have you guys ever considered using progressively sized ports? Ever since binary engineering released their CFD comp a few years ago, the muzzle device industry has been gradually catching up. Would be super cool to have a comp that makes as efficient use of gas as possible without requiring spring tuning.
No but I do have a novel design I am working on for a thread on comp, keeping the details under wraps till I get it made and tested. The goal with it is the highest possible vertical compensation for the given length.
Im not usually that quiet, kid was sick and I didn't get much sleep, but I'll pick up a microphone for those days when I'm not 100%, also will let me talk and shoot in the same clip, trying to do that on the phone it cuts the audio volume as soon as I start shooting and voice can't be heard, so I do separate shots.
Hi, do you know if the Prodigy comp will work with the MAC 9 DS? Also, would be dope if you can sell one for the XC - to make it more like the open guns in USPSA - longer comps and all :)
No but we will have a MAC 9 comp done in about a month, design is finished and have done multiple 3d prints to get the fit as close as possible before we start making chips on the CNC machine.

Aaaaaand I thought my build was done
Now with this comp, im sure the interest for the Prodigy will no doubt shoot up.
Awesome comp and 1st class customer service.
Nice! But I swear the black one shoots flatter. Lol. I love mine. Thanks for a great product!

Would this still work with the new comped prodigy’s??
Yes, its a beautiful combination, extremely flat with the factory chunk port and our double comp.
Use a mixer and add compression + gain on your voice to help with the low-volume narration in this video.
did the spring need replacing or tuned?

Porting is more than just drilling holes in a barrel or comp… number, size, location … all that matters!
@@MajorHavocGunTalk I'm referring to compensator port sizing, not actual barrel porting.
