He has a lot of respect for her, which comes across when he speaks to and about her. When viewers talked about her being boring on RHOA, he kept bringing her back year after year. Plus, when Kandi said she would leave if Phaedra came back after season 9, Andy could have let her go since Phaedra was entertaining for TV, but he stuck with Kandi for another 6 seasons until she decided to leave.
