I wanted this response to the raw cake fiasco. ''because I wanted the cake to not be burnt, so I can say your cake looks delicious, the one your eating, the one with fruits on it.'' I wanted to see if Tina turned beetroot red just like when carl said it. It was a missed meme opportunity.

I like both twists.
The first one being that they got to ask QT for help for 5 minutes one time.
The second being when she was ignored.
I’d argue that the second twist isn’t that she was ignored so much as the boys aren’t good note takers/listeners, but this still made me laugh my ass off

QT straight up said "2 layered" the whole first half of the video. She only started saying "2 tier" when Squeex said he'd cut his cake in half to make 2 layers...

I love the concept of the recap because you assume we have already forgotten what happened in the last episode in one day
Every twitch watcher has ADHD so had it on their second monitor while watching kinetic sand videos on their main. Nothing was saved to long term memory

So, the recap is actually played on the stream. It helps with people randomly clicking on QT’s stream to catch up if they didn’t see the previous streams.
When Slime decided to use his 5 minutes of help watching Qt just flying into bake mode was so sick.
I love that as soon as she was requested she immediately sped up and started grabbing pans and talking a mile a minute 😂

I get the sense that QT thought things went a little off the rails, but I thought it was so well orchestrated. I think managing that many people who all have so much personality in a format like this is really difficult but QT did such a good job of keeping everything focused and everyone meshed so well together. This has been one of my all time favorite productions. I love cooking shows in general, and this was by far my favorite cooking show. I had a blast watching this and I really hope it comes back again in some form.
For none of them having a recipe, and basically no experience, it went quite well.
It went amazingly well but I understand how she would feel too that they could barely do cakes by the end
I absolutely loved this series. I think taking people who have no experience doing something and making them compete in it is awesome content! I think the videos were well edited and told a cohesive story. The only thing I wish was done was a small lesson after each round so the contestants had something to build off of for the future like how to make a butter cream, how to gauge the ratios for different consistencies of dough/batter, when to use/how to use a piping bag, etc. Despite having no recipe and having to go based off gut instincts, I think the contestants did very well.
This whole thing is GOATED tbh, needs to be an annual event QT! All the contestants, judges and yourself meshed so well and made this series an instant classic 😂
I will agree except for day 4 judges. What kind of judges distracts amature bakers. Like they want to eat raw food. And emma omg she added nothing to that episode other then be that goth egirl that everyone wants to stair at for some reason. Never really laughed at jokes made just fake smiled man idk that episode was disapointing and they voted out the one that was supposed to win the whole thing instead letting the man who was bottom 2 the other three days. Man literally made cum 2 times and still moved on to the final.
It gets a bit pricey but hopefully they get more sponsors
@@allen2reckless676 Hahaha, honestly I will give you that, I agree with most of what you're saying especially making it to the final with cum lmfao. I didn't think the Day 4 Judges weren't necessarily bad, but Ted was a bit too much at times with the dangling random furniture over everyone while ushering threats and such. Emma was also a bit quiet, but I think she is just shy. Caroline definitely didn't deserve to be voted off after killing it each other day of the competition, but for the first time doing this event I think QT and everyone involved did a great job!
@@ulicesmartinez2577 I'm sure with the success so far of the series there (hopefully) wouldn't be any issue with QT locking down some more sponsors and running this event again.
QT has an ability to make and run a show like nobody else! I'll watch one every year.
Watching QT in her element during her 5 min of help was so impressive
Rooting for Slime from day 1, the bear improved, grew, he improvised adapted and overcame. Awesome show! Hope for a season two, this was amazing!
I was so sure he was just gunna be a meme contestant that lost day 1.
I loved that part where slime said, "It's baking time!" and baked all over everyone.
Slime baked a cake for our wedding. Immaculate service. We divorced because we agreed his presence shouldn't be tied down to one person.

Holy shit, QT's 5 minutes with Slime was a WHIRLWIND of easy to understand information. I am sure in the moment it would have felt like a lot, but it felt easy as a viewer to get everything she said!
Slime's cake looked great honestly, i love the way he brought his plan to life and coconut and pineapple was the perfect flavours for it. I wish i could taste it i guess i'll have to rewatch the video and bake the same way he did. This event was amazing and seeing slime climb from one of the bottoms to a consistent winner was so cool, hope there's a season 2!

Slime went from making cummy cupcakes to coconut cakes. Truly one of the greatest story arcs in baking show history
i've said this before and i WILL say it again.

This series was so much fun to watch, slightly educational and got me to want to bake. I've made cookies twice since this started. Excellent job qt! I want more!

I would love to see QT do another Master Baker but with “real” Twitch bakers. Probably not as raw entertainment value but it would be really interesting to see that. Complete with talking head style interview room to cut to.
You think a “winner take all” where Tina, BrookeAB and Emma are judged by QT would work? The first two do enough baking streams with the third to have them more “qualified” as “real bakers”.

Man I hadn't been keeping up with this at all and just this morning decided to watch episodes 1-4 all in a row, and I just got halfway through episode 4 and was sad I'd have to wait for the final episode when I saw this get put up.
This bake off proved to us yet again that Slime represents the pinnacle of humanity
Idk how you manage to come up with, and put on such cool events on a regular basis but it's awesome to watch
Squeex getting his thumb in the chocolate as he rotated his cake for the judges and leaving little chocolate thumb prints 😙👌
Slime being the champ is insane to me, rooting for him all week and so happy he won
The recaps are so good. I love the idea of letting the competitors narrate. Also this show was my introduction to Nivison. Him slowly raising a chair into frame as a threat made me laugh.

This was such an entertaining series. Everyone clearly gave it their best and considering that none of them knew how to bake, or had a recipe, their results were actually pretty impressive.
What a wonderful series, I really hope we get another season of this, because it's been a while since I was looking forward to the next video of a series this much.
Also, I'm very glad my boy won. I was kinda rooting for him all the way, but wasn't really sure if he'd make it, but then he skyrocketed during the last few episodes.
Truly a Master Baker if there ever was one.

I 100% did not expect Squeex to win, but I honestly never thought that he would make it as far as he did. Overall this was a great series and was seriously really impressive with its production value and general pacing.
This will probably get lost in the sauce, but I loved this series. Extremely cool stuff, I loved the dynamic between all of the competetors and the judges, and I genuinely learned a couple things! I would love to see Master Baker Season 2
Loved this series!! As someone who bakes every now and then I used to be really afraid of messing up and doing more complicated recipes.... but watching this show has not only taught me a lot about baking but made me feel better about my baking skills 😂 Of course that’s easy to say when I can just look up recipes, so major respect to all contestants. Thank you for making another captivating show QT!!! You never cease to amaze me!

NGL this event is my second favorite event by QT after Streamers Award, its so much fun to watch all the chaos and growth (or lack thereof) of the contestant skills in baking. I hope she did this again next year.
