- Colonel (Retired) Prabir Sengupta, Vishist Seva Medal by President of India, IIM-B (PGPEX). In the army he was awarded the 'Vishist Seva Medal' by the president for his exceptional leadership & and served with the President at the Rashtrapati Bhavan. He has also developed a program for Women Safety (WOSAF), apprising them of possible eventualities; Situation Control (SITCON) measures to overcome them and empower them with methods used in armies world over. In this talk, he discusses the power of Out-of-the-Box thinking.
TEDxIIMC 2013 was conducted on 24th August 2013 at IIM Calcutta.
