@@theyzoomers, I mean he does several machines a month. His channel has never focused on ONE machine in particular. I’m sure there’s other channels that have that type of content if that’s what you’re looking for 🤷🏻. Also, I’ve seen several videos where he has brought a machine in that wasn’t running and by the end of the video, it was running soooo, I’d definitely say they were “running better” than when they came in.

I thought the golden rule was ALWAYS opening the fill bolt FIRST just in case you can't, before opening the drain. I LOVE these videos, but wonder why you don't clean up any of the areas/parts etc. You need an ultrasonic for the carbs and a parts cleaner for the bigger stuff. You deserve them. Literally LOVE watching the long videos and learning. keep doing them

It’s no big deal you just suck oil out and replace via filler if the drain is seized, or drain and then pump in oil via drain if the filler is seized… it’s literally no big deal and he HAD to check for oil and he HAD to put new oil to the right level.

Extremely smart, inquisitive, playful and a love of running. Vinnie also looks like a poodle. Would it be possible to give a bit of backstory in an upcoming video? Hey Joe you ought to order the doors and hinge kits for it to enclose it for keeping yah warm inside while riding it in the winter time. It would be worth adding them on to it. And A heater set-up through your water pump system to. It comes in A kit for them to. Watch Andrew camerata videos on him fixing up his. I believe he has both kinds of those. One Yamaha.,or Kawasaki.,an A Polaris ranger to black on black. And his Kawasaki is green and black enclosed I believe he bought the kit for that one. I'm not sure about his black on black Polaris ranger yet though Joe. Just A idea for yah and suggestion to. It adds value to it also if you were to trade it in on something else newer that way to. Especially A freshly rebuilt one. And you replace the seats and the other missing parts it needs. And possibly add on doors to it with removable hinge keeper pins and slip clips.

You might wrap some fire resistant insulation around that pipe to avoid turning into a French fry while out on the trail.

I'm curious if you installed standard lead battery terminals back on it or the better noncorrosive brass terminals.

When ya press bearings you don't ever want to force on the opposite race. Pressing a race into bore you want to press onto same race. That crank bearing you pressed into a bore with center race. This will put a dent in race on every ball bearing where the force is transfered from inner race to outer race.

Sounds good. Why not go to a fabric store and build the cushions. Ranking out the videos.

FYI.... I think Polaris specs 5w50 for these. I think you will be fine with the 10w40 but I don't question it and run either Mobil 1 15w50 or the Polaris 5w50 oem oil in mine.

Hi Joe, the only thing i don't understand is, why you do not power wash it before you start working on it, all the dust an dirt on the machine doesn't help you keeping the screws and work clean! ;-). Me, that grew up in Germany since i was 9 years old, would 100% do that in first place!

I think you have an exhaust leak at the manifold when you started it and ripped it up. You had some blowback coming out by the advance pipe out of the head.

In your repairs have you ever come across a Kazuma Mammoth 800? How was it to work on?
