DNA would have done nothing, there is reason they use dental records when a body is burnt like that. The question is why didn't they use dental records?
Since the Soviet Union was mentioned then DNA was pretty much non existent then. So it wouldn't be available at that time. Idk about teeth comparison. 🤔
