Where 6gen Celica?

6th gen (T20) is from 1994 until 1999. So they are not old enough for german vintage car meetings, I assume.
Cars less than 25 years are exceptions on those meetings.

Kein Auto mit Spiegeln auf den Kotflügeln. Ist das in Deutschland nicht erlaubt?

Soviel ich weiß, dürfen z.B. die klassischen Talbot-Spiegel nach wie vor auf dem Kotflügel verbaut werden. Finden vielleicht die wenigsten gut, Löcher in die Kotflügel zu bohren - vielleicht deswegen so selten zu sehen.
