I read that VP Leni was also asked a few questions but brief lang yun. Brief Kasi baka they know she will handle money wisely. Per Luistro, "what happens if the Tradition is not sufficient...what happens if Tradition is not effective...." anyways, rewatch the rest of what Luistro's opening statement and interpolation - perhaps you'll change your mind and agree that past years' "magical & exorbitant expenses" should and ought to be properly disbursed and documented and approved by COA before the 2025 budget is approved IN ALL govt offices.

The hearing is for the OVP 2025 budget. Ask yourself kung ano sa tingin mo mga tanong nila? They are aware and perhaps you are aware that they are not the right people to investigate the Confi Funds. Supreme court, OVP, and COA are already working on it, just you wait. They can make decision solely based on the proposal itself, they don't need further deliberation, just like what they did on OPs budget. Okay? Come on, you are way better than this!
