Fantastic effort to give hubby a surprise treat. A big applause to both mum and daughter/camerawoman. My style of cooking would be:- 1. When you see oil slightly evaporating, put fenunfreek seeds followed by cumin seeds. 2. When fenunfreek and cumin seeds turns slightly dark brown or light black, put chopped chillies and few seconds later chopped onions. 3. When onions turn a slightly dark, put chicken. 4. Then after couple of minutes later put crrushed / blended ginger and gqrlic, and a minute later put all other ground spices includibg cumin and corriander. 5. Two-three minutes later put chopped tomatoes and a minute or so later add salt. 6. Keep on stirring every now and then to evenly cook all portion of your curry. 7. When you think it's already cooked, turn off the fire and put some chopped green corriander leaves and cover the pan with its lid for few minutes so that the meat gets aroma from the green corriander leaves. 8. You usually don't need to add water through out the cooking process, but if it looks a bit dry you can add small amount boiling of water whenever required. 9.
