  • Learn to move with flow. This is the level 1 of 10 levels in a series of movement challenges designed to progressively get more difficult as you develop.
    Ideally you would get your coach to pass you on each movement before moving to the next or you can train yourself at home and by videoing yourself you can see that you are happy with your outcomes.
    There are multiple requirements to pass each skill, they are the correct steps, balance, speed, flow and to pump off the T.
    We have seen many players develop their movement with this system with amazing outcomes using minimal energy and great options on their hit. If you flow with your movement you will feel the joy of minimal stress and still moving very quickly.
