Ads cut in at the middle. Not suggested if you’re using this for meditation purposes. Sadly so many videos do this now. Defeats the purpose. Ive found very few videos that do not.
Drive me crazy too. It used to be that non-monetized channels like mine did not have ads but now TH-cam added them. Out of my control. I think you have to upgrade your TH-cam to avoid ads. So annoying.
Thanks so much for this treasure from Lama Yeshe. In two books by Lama Yeshe ( Vajrasattva, and second title dont remember ) is his amazing advice for West buddhists to practice Bodhisattva Vajrapani in order to counteract / transform West people mindset which he described as ,, feeling of be unadequate,,!!! Lama Yeshe intuitive observation was later confirmed by researches of greatest American psychologist Martin Seligman. With dominant feeling,,I am unadequate,, is impossible to practice ,,deity pride,, mindset of Annutarayoga Tantra highest meditations. Can you be so kind and elaborate in this respect.? Thank you.
@@VenYonten Big thanks for recommending Lama Yeshe book. Most books ( your recommend book also:) of Lama Yeshe I did read , word by word, literally. It is why I remember that Lama Yeshe observed at two instances, problem of ,,feeling of be unadequate,, troubling many (majority?) of his young West students. And to help them Lama Yeshe recommended Vajrapani practice .If you consider Lama Yeshe be a great Rinpoche, then each of his observation/advises is priceless!:)
Wow, this is a powerful meditation, I have been meditating for years but I have never experienced anything like this, like during the wisdom stages. Anyway, I have a question: In this practice, Lama Yeshe said that we should rest in awareness of our own consciousness and that this is the true reality. However, Buddha said that consciousness (vijnana) is impermanent, dukkha, nonself, empty, dependently originating, and that clinging to it leads to dukkha, and that it is no more real than any of the other four skandhas. Could you please explain this apparent contradiction? Whats the difference between vijnana/consciousness/awareness as one of the five skandhas and the awareness as described by Lama Yeshe (And many other Mahayana teachers) in this practice? Whats the difference between the nondual awareness and vijnana-skandha? Are these two different awarnesses? Are we not making a mistake here by clinging to some subtle form of vijnana?
I keep on coming back to this one- so grateful to have this here ❤️
May all beings benefit from this meditation. Thank you Ani Yonten la. 🙏🏻

I reluctantly upgraded to TH-cam premium. It's worth it for lack of interruptions. @@VenYonten
Beautifully done .... what a gift you have made available to us all Om mane padme hum 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thank you 🦋💜🦋
Eleanor - thanks for requesting it!
🌸💚🙏🏼🧡thank you
The commercial interuptions break the spirit of this meditation.
@@timhayes1756 agreed- TH-cam now puts commercials in even non monetized channels like mine so that you upgrade to premium. Very annoying

Divine Pride is a tantric concept, I’d recommend Lama Yeshe’s book: “Introduction to Tantra.”

Very thankful 🙏 I hope that it gets looked into that an add pops up interrupting the meditation halfway through 🙏
That is a TH-cam thing unfortunately, -they want you to upgrade to premium to avoid ads.
Lama.

Is it ok to do this without a guru?
Yes 😊- in this very simplified form that Lama Yeshe taught for a general audience, it is fine for everyone to do.
@@VenYonten thank you very kindly ❤️
