You have just made my day! While talking to my grown daughter about Christmas traditions that she remembered from her childhood she totally blew me away when she said the one that she thought was the most amazing was the little "kiss ornament" that ALWAYS amazed her because no matter when she checked it, it was holding a kiss. She went on to say that she soooo wished she had one for her tree and her stepson and future children. (My old one broke years ago) Tomorrow I will buy the necessary supplies and make one -- or more -- and keep the tradition alive for another generation or two. Thank you sooo much!
I don't craft, but I wanted to recreate an ornament a received as a child and this was a great video. I made a brown reindeer single kiss holder. Thank you I also liked the pumpkin canvas craft as well.
Thank you so much! I make plastic canvas doll houses with furniture, tissue covers, you name it, but I could not for the life of me figure out how to put kissy faces together, lol. I have so manly cute patterns for them, and now I can do them.
My grandma is 96 and doesn't always recognize people. She used to make these for me, so I'm making one for her. I figure even if she doesn't know who made it, she should recognize the "goonie bird" (her name for it). Hers didn't have hair, so this is an upgrade!
Aawww thank you so so so much for posting this!!!😊 I'm also a busy mom and my HUGE hobby is NOTHING but plastic canvas plastic canvas, plastic canvas!!! My mom taught me how, and I make anything out of it. Lately I've been wanting to make one of these cause as a little girl, I always remember our Christmas tree having one of these on it!😊
Thank you so much for this video! At first it looked a little hard and as I did it, it was easy but a little challenging in some areas. Thank you! Now I just need to find some eyes! ;)

@@TheBusyBeeSews ok thank you. I thought maybe buttons and that could be sewn on.
You could sew buttons on, I would sew them on before sewing all the sides together.
I can't imagine trying to write assembly directions, some things just need to be shown.
