I didn't understand this very starting point.
Initial coordinates of point = (x,y)
Final coordinates of point = (x', y')
Displacement = t
Now t = sqrt[(x'-x)^2 + (y'-y)^2]
Let translation in x direction = X = x'-x
Let translation in y direction = Y = y'-y
Therefore t = sqrt(X^2 + Y^2)
Here is only 1 equation but 2 unknowns.
Now how you get translation in x direction = tx
and translation in y direction = ty
??
Apart from this I understand everything

I am confused with the SCALING that how changing the coordinates of the circle will change the size of the circle.
circle(x-axis=100,y-axis=100,radius=50) and we have sx=2,sy=2 so it will give us circle(100*2,100*2,50).
only the coordinates changed not the size.
