Damn this was a game changer for my setup. Wasn’t entirely sure what to do with my Gera in my setup, this tied it all together for me. Really hope you guys keep these videos up, love the Leibniz system and these are extremely helpful!
I'm currently experimenting with filtered bits at Drezno, for example left bit 5 through a frequency-modulated LP filter into right bit 7. I'm still at the very beginning with this.
Most of the time just a bunch of random samples uploaded to our office BitBox module and processed with Zagrzeb or Belgrad and maybe Tallin for a bit of saturation.
Sockets on Erfurt panel are just for changing the register state, this is why you need to use Poczdam to connect lbz clock for the system as there is no other module generating lbz clock in this patch.
Ok, so I guess I don’t understand first patch red cable…. Input to input…is this just stopping a normalization or WTH is going on… I’m racking my brain here lol
@@xaoc_devices thanks for the response... tho whats the input? is the Drezno "input" sending voltage to the vca input?? on the VCA input A should be .. sound? I mean that is how I use a vca :/ And I thought the linear input on Tallin is for envelopes/modulation.. So i am totally confused and I suppose that is ok... pz
@@510th same audio signal should be splitted and connected to Drezno ADC input and Tallin input A. One of bit outputs is connected to Belgrad input and processed, result of processing is connected to linear cv input of Tallin. Processed bit from Drezno is doing amplitude modulation here.
@@xaoc_devicesomg. Lol… I see real quick in the beginning now the red cable isn’t ONE cable… ok I was hoping I was just blind. Thanks so much for baring with me…
I would like a Drezno with no DAC. Or maybe just an ADC module. I like the idea of generating gates from arbitrary CV sources but most of the rest of Leibnitz feels like gravy/unnecessary to me.

What are the soundsources you are using and triggering in the video for making such tasty percussive sounds?

In patch 6 why are they using the poczdam outgoing clock input instead of a erfurt clock input?

You need to connect your input signal to both Drezno ADC input and VCA (Tallin) Input.

Typical. Gera is the only Leibniz module I don’t have…
Time to change it :D
Could be worse, couldn't it?
