2012!!! Lol... I was in 10th grade of high school! My mother died the previous year and my late dad was trying to find himself again. It was a season after mourning for a year and it was finally summer. I had a great body and was discovering myself at 17, wore makeup, BBM era, did my first art work and painting that year, for the first time and I was such a doll LOL....fast forward to 2022 - I'm a mother, a wife and a qualified Artist. This is the very first time I’ve heard this song, and I actually used to be a MASSIVE House fan years ago, when I used to be out every single weekend, 2-3 nights a week.
My mates and I used to LOVE going out to clubs and underground’s to dance to House music! Not even to drink really, mostly dancing.
But then I checked the date it was released, I done most of my clubbing/dancing before 2012 (when this was released), so I wouldn’t have known about it.
Although I’ve just listened to it 3 times in a row and been bopping my head the whole time. It really makes you lose yourself in the beat, the flow and, the lyrics.
