Oh my goodness!!! You got one of my bags!!! This makes me so excited!! Those were the batch of bags I forgot to my tags one!!! 🤦🏻♂️ I am the bag maker/yarn dyed for Urban Ewe. Thank you so much! Let me know when you’ll be back at Beyond Yarn in Union, NJ and I’ll have a special item there for you!!
Thank you so much! The site is currently under construction, but hope to have it back up after Mother’s Day with weekly updates. Due to covid things were kind of put on the back burner and I just shipped most of my inventory to the shop for the wool walk. The site is the same as the yarn. Urbanewe at com.
Thank Kent so much for volunteering to film your walk through all the yarn stores. It’s a special treat to Walk with you through the stores. It is so much fun! Excellent editing!
Loved watching you go where I can’t! I wanted to thank you for your instructions on helical knitting. I tried other TH-cam instructions but they made it seem so complicated. You made it as simple as it really is. I’m 72 years old but know it’s never to late to learn !
Usually I multitask and stitch while I watch podcasts, but thanks to you ( and Kent’s excellent footage), I couldn’t look away from all that beautiful yarn. Thanks for taking us along on the wool walk. Also, your prismatic came out great!
You make me miss Jersey. Every time I see the small towns there I get homesick, but it was nice to see what I think of as the heart of the state - cute, small, friendly towns.
Passport spell out guess, "Stash building Expert!" Favorite colors are blue & 'Pink ~ 'Would love to win anything you've purchased. What a wonderful time. And that cozy top is to die for. Can't wait to see it finished. 🤗💕🌻
So excited to see all the yarn stores you visited!! Thank you for sharing for those of us who do not have a local yarn store or access to any wool walks!!! I really enjoyed being along for a virtual New Jersey Wool Walk!
6 stores the first day with husband and 3 the second day with friend. That shows how we shop differently with our friends. So glad you were able to have such a fun time. I wish I lived in an area with so many yarn shops.
Thanks so much for sharing, Natalie! Love getting to see all the local yarn stores. I'm so grateful that I also live in an area with many great yarn stores. They're the best!
Oh my gosh, I would love these moss fibers duo!!! Blue is my absolute favorite. Love all the cute stitch markers too. You can never have too many stitch markers!
I had such an INCREDIBLE time at the wool walk!!! I drove from Poughkeepsie on 2 different days and got to visit Yarnia, Beyond Yarn, Knit Knot & Natter, The Local Yarn Store, and Knitapestry! All of these shops were fantastic and I was in heaven seeing all the amazing yarns and accessories 🤩 and I got that same enamel pin with the cat from TLYS
Stash building expert! The wool walk looks like a lot of fun! I am in Wisconsin and recently had a yarn/quilt shop hop with seven stores, only two of which were yarn stores. I preferred the yarn stores over the quilt shops but my mom preferred the quilt shops over the yarn shops. I also quilt but for the past six months or so I have been all about knitting and not so interested in quilting. That is also when I discovered so many wonderful knitting podcasters on you tube.
OMG!😃 Your video of the NJ Wool Walk was totally awesome and amazing! Thank you for taking us along and allowing us to share the experience with you! I'm definitely putting these yarn shops on my bucket list to visit!💖💖💖
I love hearing the way you think about purchasing yarn/ your yarn stash. "Stashbuilding expert" is funny when you've been talking a lot about stash this year!
Wow! How amazing to have so many fabulous yarn stores so close. If I had this many, I might have to get a second job to buy all the lovely yarn. Thanks for sharing! Stash Building Expert!
Wow! Love that Blue Pearl colorway! And that Moss Fiber - wow! Looks like you had a blast! The card has to spell out "Stash Building Expert!"; aren't we all? LOL!
Thank you so much for sharing the NJ Wool Walk with us. I loved all of your purchases and loved seeing so many wonderful dyers. Maybe net year I will go. Thanks again for sharing all of the wonderful things you knit and your experiences.
So exciting! I loved getting to see inside all these amazing stores and all the beautiful yarn they sell! It looked like so much fun. Also, that Blue Pearl colorway and the Moss Fiber yarns are gorgeous! My guess for the card is “STASHBUILDING EXPERT!” I hope you have a great week!
Thank you for giving this yarn your with us! I’m sure I will never get to go to all these stores so I enjoyed visiting by watching you. Have a great day!
Funny, the blue purl colorway, the Moss Fibers yarn (all of it!), and that shipwreck colorway all caught my eye bigtime in the footage! Completing that wool walk would definitely make one a "Stash building Expert!" :)
Wow! How did you stay so focused to be able to make it to so many yarn shops??? I imagine I would’ve been browsing for hours! You made some really beautiful choices! I can’t wait to see what you have planned for everything. Thank you for showing us so many different products that the shops had to offer. Compliments to Kent, too, for the filming and for tagging along! I loved watching this adventure! I couldn’t exactly figure out the remaining letters, but your other viewers were able to help with “Stashbuilding Expert!” ☺️
I don't usually leave comments on your videos but give a thumbs up. I really enjoyed all the yarn shops. I live where I have to drive at least an hour away to get to a real yarn store. I sure miss them!! Thanks for a lovely distraction from Brown dried out Texas.
So exited for you! I am so jealous! There are not shops like this in my area. Beautiful yarns everywhere you went. Thank you Natalie for taking us along. “Stash building expert!”
I initially didn't think I'd be interested in a Jersey Wool Walk video, but I'm so glad I watched. Seeing the stores was fun, but learning about new yarns and distributors was so interesting. I loved the wool and silk yarn you showed. The colors are gorgeous. All the yarns you picked out for yourself are so lovely. Your Chelsey Luxe yarns are intersting. I don't think I've seen that texture before. That Grace and Purl yarn is out of this world beautiful! I really like your new project bag. To me a drawstring bag is more practical than a zip bag or a velcro bag that can destroy the yarn (or maybe that's just me as I can be a little on the klutzy side). I wonder if you could put a small strip of fabric across the top of your shelf and tack your pins to that. Then you could display them without using any extra space. Thanks for sharing your yarn craw adventure! As for a guess, I have no idea. I saw someone guessed stashbuilding expert, which makes total sense. I vote with them. :)
I loved seeing all of the great yarns shown in the yarn walk. It's been a few years since I've been on one and it was the New Jersey one. It was awesome. Thank you for sharing!!
stunning blue yarn. Thank you for all your videos i love to listen/watch and knit. And thank you for giving me the courage to try knitting socks. I love it!!
Hi from Yakima, WA were we currently do not have a yarn shop!! Moving here from Seattle that fact was a great shock to me…good thing for online shopping !! Thanks for taking us with you on the wool walk! ❤️ to see all the yarn stores and what they carry. Thank you for also helping me with my class video! You're an amazing teacher 😁 StashBuildingExpert!
I believe it says "Stash Busting Expert!". I may be too late to enter this in to you but I do love a good puzzle. Maybe that's why I enjoy knitting and crochet. Have a blessed day.
I grew up 10 minutes from Ocean Grove and spent a whole lot of time there growing up. Avon by the Sea was where I spent my days at the beach as a child.
You did a nice job showing all the shops, it was a nice tidbit about the shop and a quick view of the shop. I made it to the end… I think stash building expert.
So glad you had such a good time. Thanks for sharing it with us. Love all your stitch markers and the blue yarns you purchased that pink yarn will be great for that sweater.
