I worked security back stage at Red Rocks for 7 summer and Jeffree Lerner would come around and smoke a pinner and go back to the dressing rooms. One of their crew members gave me a STS9 guitar pic and one of the wives of the band would let me listen to their head phones to hear what the band was hearing, super awesome people and best crew in the music industry

I have toked a joint or 2 with Jeffree! Most notably at Wavespell Festival in Belden Town, California chillin on his porch of his cabin with some homies and him! It was epic. He is truly a gift to this planet in human form
Which one is Jeffree? These guys are great, but never delved into the bands background.
@@jonathanmede6264 he is the percussionist so all the hand drums and chimes etc. But he also does some electronic work too
Homie and I ran into Phipps and chatted with him briefly a few hours before RRx in 2012. He was just chilling around the place doing photography lol.

All good 07 late night was my first sts9 show. First time on lsd. Took 10 hits bc I psyched myself out thinking it was bonk. I was wrong. The fog came in thick and I wandered around spun out and never found camp until the sun came up. Best part is my campsite was really easy to find right above the ropeadope stage good times.

Welcome to the sound tribe of the sector nine my friend! STS9 is my favorite band ever! I am gonna see them at least 3 times this year and I can't wait! This will be shows #36, 37, and 38 for me. I have friends that have seen them over 200 times.
