Yes I know I should get my legs wider so I can have a better base.. It’s too late now though. Also this is the last weightlifting video for a little bit. We are going to be posting some baseball vs softball videos and a couple basketball videos coming up. And maybe a baseball vs football vs track video👀

@@JoshWalker5 nah. You want to do the techique you were using. Legs closer together and using your shoulders. The other gentleman was not straight, butt forward. He wasn't doing a shoulder press. He was using his back for push and he was using his legs as well. The gym goer who isolates and uses shoulders at the 85 lb weight for example. Is going to be stronger than the one who uses mutiple muscle groups with 100 lb dumbbells

Ever tried working the rotator cuff? Might help. When i started working out my left rotator cuff hurt like crazy. From bad form on bench I think. But ever since i started working it it got significantly better. I know the issue from having to shoulder press, especially with dumbells. Try exercises if you haven't tried them yet though, should do the job. Unless your rotator cuff is terribly injured. It might get worse then. I think you'll know what's best at the moment.

I was military pressing 225 (for 1 Rep lmao) back in 2007 @ 19 years old... I would routinely DB press 100lb for 4x4 or 4-5 sets/reps...but I played football in hs and 1 year in college (LB/DE) so the results are not typical for someone at a similar age playing any other sport. And I don’t think it was overly impressive as I was 5’11 240. I think both of these guys are lighter than I was then
