Currently I m playing on 1080p but It will show 536p . When you use full screen mode it will automatically set your resolution to whatever max possible with your monitor. And I was facing no slutters, super smooth gameplay.
If you use fsr 3.1 with performance and frame generation on you will easily get 70-80 fps in less and 40-60fps in high demanding areas. I m using overclocked 1650 and getting easily 100+ frames in less demanding areas on 1080p

We can't play on gtx 1650 officially. We need to install mod which mask your gpu as 1060 to run this game

Yes for laptops it is common to get these temp and my laptop is also 5 years old.
Temps will have prob only when you face sudden frames drop.
