    PLEASE HOW TO STANDBY VENTILATOR AND OFF

      Unfortunately for the PB840, there's no way to standby the ventlator. You have to turn it off via the power/ON/OFF switch, and then when you come back to place the same patient back onto the ventilator, hou have to switch on the ventilator, and select SAME PATIENT, via the touch screen. There's no direct STANDBY function that is on the Puritan Bennett 840 Ventilator. Now on some of the other vents you're commonly going to see like the Drager V500, Servo I, Hamilton Ventilators, and other ICu grade vents, you'll have the Standby obviously, but with this one, there's no standby.
