The same capacitor that you work on has pill from my panel, the same phone. Please, how can I locate the wiring of the capacitor

Pls can you show me Wich side of the pard that have been pill off.
If it is the back side then that side is the ground line.
But if it is the front side then that side is the positive line so you can turn capacitor to to yellow 🟡 point there that is all
