The charming Vinton has "welcome" written all over it. The expansive open kitchen is the perfect gathering spot for family and friends with its large center island, a breakfast bar, and the adjacent sunlit breakfast area. Just off the kitchen, the outdoor living area is a great place to enjoy coffee and conversation. But it all begins with an inviting two-story foyer flanked by a study and a formal living room. The two-story family room is entered beneath a barrel-vault ceiling and includes a fireplace. The first-floor master bedroom features a tray ceiling and luxurious master bath with a Roman tub, a shower with a seat, dual vanities, a private toilet area, and two large walk-in closets. Toll Brothers never disappoint me. But kids bedrooms are more brighter and beautiful than the master bedroom! This might be the first Toll Brothers house I have seen without swimming pool and where is the car garage?😂🙏❤️

I really like the layout of this house. It is by far the best of all the Toll Brothers videos/houses I have seen. In it's footprint, it is the best use of space, -an architectural masterpiece. My friend use to be a finish carpenter for Toll Brothers (and other custom home builders), but I think Toll Brothers pulled out of the Bay Area/Silicon Valley market a long time ago. It's all about location, but your money goes so much farther in Texas, Georgia, the South/Southeast, Midwest, etc.

Whoever designed that floorplan and layout is an angel of God lol this is by far one the most coziest 5 bedroom luxury homes I've ever seen. Anybody with a keen eye can see that this was WELL thought out 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Love that the formal dining room has its own space and the semi circular windows are beautiful.
I'd convert the laundry room to a prepping kitchen and I'd add the laundry room upstairs.
I'd move that stunning master bedroom and master bath upstairs and make the kitchen bigger to use all that space.
I'd have the mud room separate and maybe add a garden room.
I love the game room and the living rooms connected with a kitchenette, but I'd make it overlook the downstairs area and make the game room an office.

I like this house a lot. Nice finishes and efficient lay out. I think the large pantry and the spacious laundry room will be appreciated by the home owner. The only issue I would have is with the small lot size for a house this big.

Decent house with a bland interior. I don't see much point in having two dining tables literally within meters of one another, and 2 living areas with TVs. I get that the house is large, there could have been a gym, an office or a library instead. I don't think I noticed a single book in that enormous space. Also not a fan of the laundry room (ugly wall color) and the master bathroom (gives me very matronly vibes). The main living area is my favorite.

guys this house isn't millions of dollars, its in texas it starts at like 6-800k (not this exact model obviously because they have added on) but like this isn't some super mansion lol

This house is in flower mound tx. You can go visit it. The lady told me this house is 1.1 million. But the house starts at $600,000. My family and I are moving in this neighborhood.

The only thing I like about this video is the music..The darn house is to dam big..To much house most people will never use.. Some people have ego trip..make sure you got a bedroom down stairs. cause you be sleeping in it in a few years.. If I remember right most of us American have bad knees & bad back..You be wondering what it look like up there after living down stairs for so long.
