    What on Earth? You started this video for renters. Specifically talking about not being able to make changes. ✅
    HOWEVER... you immediately start recommending EXPENSIVE and PERMANENT changes! 🙄🙄🙄
    And by the way... The high windows on either side of the fireplace actually DO have a purpose AND a name... Clerestory windows.
    Some advice... Know your audience, and serve them with good information. If your audience is "those that rent", then serve that audience. If it's "those that own", serve them. Not both at the same time.

      Thank you for your feedback and advice. I do want to clarify that the “permanent” materials are: marble (peel and stick wallpaper. Could be 60 usd in total and can remove it anytime with no damage). Wood panels (are the most expensive one that could take up about 300 usd attached to the wall and still removable) as for the black paint, most leasing contracts let you paint some walls. If not, you can also use a wallpaper for this. Aaand, about the windows.. sorry, my fault 😅
