This is how it works. Cats have a way of choosing their humans. I remember on day in 2004, I opened my front door to go to work and a male, orange cat just waltzed right into my apartment like he owned the place. He never left. I tried finding his owner in the area but nobody claimed him.

My maine coon couldnt really be around any other animal so putting out side was out of the question without me there, birman was ok but didn't really want to be outside and the forest cat just want to be outside
They are 100% strays. They get born and raised in that park and have their own babies. I couldn't stop laughing when I had to explain this to an american friend of mine who've never seen a stray animal in his life and thought cats and dogs were homebred only xD Talk about living under a rock
