Please be respectful about filming a dead body, it is a tragic moment in someone's life. Filming a dead body I think is ok, but talking and speculating things( and recording on camera is unwise). You could probably put the camera and quietly inquire about the process and rituals to someone who intimately knows the custom would be alright.
