Check Out This TINY 1.44MB Operating System (VirtualBox Windows 11 Demo)

It seems my interest in DOS games from 1990's has finally crossed into the hobby of retro computing. It was inevitable. There's something about the aesthetic of older operating systems that appeals to me (I grew up with some of the earlier Windows OS). Because of this, the algorithm suggested to me a video by ‪@Ionic1k‬ demonstrating a tiny operating system named KolibriOS. While it is possible to boot this streamlined OS using a floppy disk, I'm not that hardcore (not yet anyway). Instead, I figured out how to use VirtualBox to mount the ISO and power KolibriOS in Windows 11, with both running simultaneously.

One of the things I wanted to achieve here was to have the ability to share files between KolibriOS and Windows. The share folder function on VirtualBox doesn't seem to work, so you need to use a USB drive. If you select/mount it while KolibriOS is running, it should appear in the system menu in file explorer, allowing you to transfer files seamlessly.
