The Sony A7R and A7S both are made for photography and videography there's no limitation on that. If you wanted a Sony camera dedicated to videography then it is the FX cinema lineup.
R for resolution and detail and S stands for sensitivity for low light photography.

@@CaptainKenny Assuming that most of the content you record or click is in the day when there's plenty of light then I'd recommend the Sony a7c, a7R4, R5, a7S3 or ZV E1. If you're going to use the camera in low-light situations like a sunset or a dark night then hands down the a7s3 is the best camera in the market. Having a professional camera is one thing and how you make use of it using post-processing software is another.
