As I near the end of this life I have known, I find great comfort in such deeply spiritual works, and not of the various -- and to me, quite small and petty -- religions of our pale blue dot of a planet. I've become convinced that there is a sublime sort of essence, or spirit, or consciousness that permeates our universe, and that we, simple animals that we are, partake of during our brief lives, and I for one, want very badly want to return to that which, while alive, we cannot hope to comprehend. Let me surf the endless highways and byways of the galaxies; let me be the starlight, that shines forevermore, sigh....
