Really Appreciate Avanti and her grandmother for this informative video. As Avanti had mentioned, its extremely crucial for everyone, including the ones who do not menstruate to have knowledge about periods, their symptoms and the products used. This coudnt have been explained any better. Thank you Dobara for putting this up
These lesson should be taught in schools by madam specially to girls cuz in rural areas there is no much awareness according to me.
yes,rural areas,with less access to such info,especially with ppl like avanti's grandmom, the students will genuinely learn something very important and in such a good manner with people like that.

Another good option for collecting the menstrual flow is a natural sea sponge!
It is hygienic if rinsed out regularly with clear water...and it is reusable and sustainable. Thread some dental floss through a small piece of sea sponge.. and you can easily insert and remove it.
