Thank you for this video. I’m a k40 very low coiner but it’s very helpful seeing videos like this one because I feel like there are many more low coiners trying to get to your level. I noticed your sub gear is completely different than mine and I have questions on this. Would really like to chat about it.
This is a game where you call VIP17 with minimal 15k USD spending "low spenders" lol.

It's sad but true.
15k USD would be needed if I went to VIP17 on day 1 of playing the game, not in 3.5 yrs.
You get VIP points for logging in everyday. I get 1300 VIP point everyday (1000 from the alliance shop and 300 from the wall).
I been doing that for a year now and that is 474,500 VIP points for a total cost of $240 retail ($20 alliance shop package for 12 months).
For the 2 years before the alliance shop pack came around, it was just 600 points (500 from alliance shop and 100 from wall) per day and that is 438k VIP points. Total of 912,500 points. Basically, you can get to VIP15 over 3.5 years if you consider the points you get from logging in everyday.
Another venue for getting VIP points is the auction house. I also get a good amount of VIP points whenever the auction house is around. If you time it properly, you can get 25k VIP points for 50k gems. Assuming you get it 5 times per event (5 times in 11 days is not unrealistic) that is 250k VIP points in a month. That is 3M VIP points in a year.
The total points required for VIP17 is 3.85M. Food for thought 🙂
I am not by any means saying I didn't spend any money other than the $240. But I defintely haven't spent 15k, maybe less than 25% of that. And yes while that is still a decent amount of money, in Evony that is definitely a "low spender"

Thank you, Rom. I have a similar spending limit, usually cake 4 or 5 each event. I also have the same goal: to skip MA5 and go straight to k41 and MA6 our power is similar, as well. It’s good to know I am on track. Thanks

Cake 4. $200 per event.
I have never crossed cake 1 in the entire two years that I played the game 😅
And that's fine if thats your budget. Everyone is different to what they want to spend on their hobbies/games. But cake 4 is commonly referred to for low coining as the p2w bar is so high in evony.

Let's say someone is an avid golfer. They're not loaded, so they don't travel to exotic courses to play, but they do try to play some of the better courses in their local area because it's an important hobby to them.
How much do you think the spend to support their hobby?
I consider this low coining. On a very old server, with an active alliance, K41 is pretty easy to achieve. VIP 17 from an old player is not that high. He's just lucky he's in the strongest alliance.

I have a basically f2p k41 in my alliance, you just need alts. VIP 17 is alot of money to spend on a game but the reality is in this game it's a low coiner
